TGI Hotels Signs Trishvam Palolem Beach Resort, Its Second Property in Goa

TGI Hotels Adds New Resort at Palolem Beach

TGI Hotels has announced the signing of Trishvam Palolem Beach Resort, a beachfront property under its premium Trishvam brand. This marks the company’s second property in Goa, following its presence in Panjim, and expands its portfolio to Palolem Beach in South Goa. The resort is planned to open in December 2025.

Located directly on the beach, Trishvam Palolem Beach Resort will include forty-two cottages designed to offer access to the shoreline and coastal surroundings. The property will feature an all-day dining multi-cuisine restaurant, a swimming pool, a gym and a spa. These facilities aim to serve leisure travellers seeking accommodation with wellness and beach access.

According to TGI Hotels, Trishvam Palolem Beach Resort will be the third Trishvam-branded property in India, following earlier developments in Pondicherry and Krishnagiri. The group aims to build its presence across key leisure destinations through its premium offerings.
