Hakka-Inspired Valentine’s Set Menu, Brunch, And Cocktails

This Valentine’s Day, The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa is offering couples an experience centred on dining, ambience, and thoughtfully designed moments. The resort has planned a day-to-evening experience featuring curated dining and cocktail options for the occasion.

At the core of the celebration is Tangra – Tales of Chinatown, which will serve a specially designed Valentine’s Four-Course Set Menu. The menu draws inspiration from traditional Hakka-style Chinese cuisine and is crafted to provide a detailed and layered dining experience suitable for couples seeking an intimate setting. The set menu will be available for lunch from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM and dinner from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Earlier in the day, guests may choose to begin their celebrations at The Red Brick Room with a curated Valentine’s Day Brunch. Set in a warm, intimate ambience, the brunch is available from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM.

To complement the dining experiences, Chaupal offers a Valentine’s Cocktail Spotlight throughout the day, featuring a curated selection of signature cocktails and martinis crafted to reflect the spirit of the occasion available from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
