Thomas Cook (India) Limited, a leader in omnichannel forex services, has launched a new WhatsApp Calling feature for its Forex prepaid card customers. This innovation allows users to directly speak with Thomas Cook’s forex specialists through WhatsApp on +91 8879142236, complementing the existing WhatsApp Bot services.
The new feature is integrated into the Forex WhatsApp Bot, enabling customers to access a range of self-service options such as checking balances, downloading statements, generating PINs, and managing card limits. The voice support takes this a step further by offering real-time, human assistance globally, all without the need for local SIM cards or toll-free calls.
