A discreet entrance along a quiet alley leads to Together, a bar concept in Delhi inspired by Tokyo’s traditional kissa listening spaces. The setting encourages a slower, more attentive nightlife experience centred on music and conversation. A resident cat is often seen resting near the speakers, adding to the relaxed and informal atmosphere.

The interiors, designed by Manav Dangg of Studio Dangg, feature warm wooden elements, textured mirrors, cobbled walls, and subdued red lighting that creates an intimate ambience. The venue does not rely on prominent signage or a visible storefront; instead, its tucked-away location forms part of the overall experience.

Music leads the experience with Vinyls lining the room, curated jazz, and throwback records fill the air. A dedicated listening room and strategically placed speakers ensure sound is never background; it is the story. Vansh Pahuja, Co-Founder, said, “Together is for people who’ve seen the world or are curious to. We exist somewhere between Japan and Delhi. You taste it in the cocktails and hear it in the gentle, jazzy, throwback music.”

Cocktails follow the rhythm. “We draw from Japanese sensibilities—savory notes, highball forms, quiet balance. Flavour has nowhere to hide when you strip things down,” said Ravi Negi, Head of Bar. The menu flows like a record, moving from low-alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks to full-bodied cocktails. Light expressions like Rum Whisper, Golden Hour, and Rosé Martini sit alongside Track 1, Track 3, and Track 4, crafted with yuzu, basil, miso butter-washed scotch, grape brine, wasabi-washed rum, mango, and clarified coconut milk. Classics like Dirty Martini, Sidecar, and Old Fashioned enrich the menu.

The food is designed to complement the overall experience, with a menu structured around sharing. It ranges from dips and small plates to tempura selections and more substantial dishes. Offerings include edamame hummus, Bangkok-style guacamole, miso tahini, vegetable tempura, cornflake-crusted onion rings, chicken karaage, prawn tempura, and gomae salad. Recommended selections feature a variety of dips, gyoza, karaage, vegetable tempura, and sandos, available in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

Every detail recalls Together’s dedication to craft and rhythm, from the vinyl-lined alley to the menu, designed like a flowing record. “This space is built around three things I love deeply - music, cocktails, and hospitality that feels human, not rehearsed. If you’ve found us, you’re meant to be here. Music leads, cocktails follow, and community is what makes it all work,” added Dhruv Kapoor, Co-Founder.

Launching on February 13, 2026, together is a listening room, a design space, and a community hub where time slows, senses sharpen, and every moment feels intentional.
