Yatra Online Limited has reported consolidated revenues of Rs 3,509 million for the second quarter of the 2025-26 financial year, representing 48 per cent year-on-year growth. Net profit for the quarter rose 96 per cent to Rs 143 million.

The company's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation reached Rs 248 million, up 125 per cent from the same period last year. Yatra has raised its full-year EBITDA growth guidance to 35-40 per cent, reflecting strong performance across corporate travel and meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions segments.

Dhruv Shringi, Whole-Time Director and Chief Executive Officer of Yatra Online, said, "I am pleased to report that for the second quarter we delivered robust financial and operational performance, significantly exceeding annual growth guidance despite a reduction in the overall domestic aviation industry in India. This success is driven by sustained momentum in business travel demand and effective execution across our platforms."

The company added 34 new corporate clients during the quarter with a combined annual billing potential of Rs 2.6 billion. Revenue less service costs grew 34 per cent year-on-year to Rs 1,257 million, indicating strong performance in high-margin business segments.

Shringi added, "The MICE business continues to excel, establishing Yatra as a dominant market player in India. Despite volume pressures in B2C air ticketing, our diversified revenue mix, including Hotels & Packages and MICE, successfully mitigated challenges."

Yatra's cash and term deposits totalled Rs 2,139 million as of September 30, 2025, while gross debt reduced to Rs 211 million. The company continues to focus on scaling high-margin segments and technological capabilities for sustainable growth.
