In honour of International Cocktail Day on May 13, Juniper Bar at Andaz Delhi is hosting a week-long occasion dedicated to the art of cocktail-making, from May 12 to 18, 2025.
Beginning on May 12 and 13, the bar will offer an Omakase-style experience, allowing guests to enjoy customised cocktails tailored to their preferences, crafted with seasonal ingredients and house infusions, without a set menu.
Throughout the week, the expert in-house mixologists will serve a limited menu featuring signature drinks inspired by regional botanicals and house-made infusions. Guests can expect refreshing summer spritzes, inventive takes on classic cocktails, and bold, herbaceous blends that challenge traditional boundaries.
Highlights include the Blushing Spritz—watermelon juice, pink peppercorn gin, topped with sparkling wine and soda; Paradise Valley—an aromatic gin twist on whisky with Kashmiri Kahwa tea infusion; Fountain of Youth—combining goji berry juice, rosemary gin, Cointreau, and lime; Smash—a lively strawberry and black pepper gin cocktail with basil and champagne; and Glitch in the Hills—a creation inspired by Uttarakhand’s mustard fields, capturing the earthy vibrancy of the region.
