ITDC Welcomes Mugdha Sinha As The New Managing Director

India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) has recently welcomed Mugdha Sinha, a 1999-batch IAS officer from the Rajasthan cadre, as the new Managing Director. With over 20 years of leadership in tourism, culture, and governance, Sinha brings visionary ideas and a passion for innovation. She will serve at the rank and pay scale of an Additional Secretary.

Her extensive experience includes serving as Director General of Tourism and leading India’s cultural initiatives. She’s committed to modernising ITDC’s operations, elevating India’s tourism experience, and positioning our brand globally.

Commenting on her appointment, Sinha said, “It is a privilege to join ITDC. My focus will be on modernising operations, enhancing the tourism and hospitality experience, and building a globally competitive brand rooted in India’s rich cultural heritage.”
