Água Pool Bar & Café at JW Marriott Goa invites you to experience Calendimaggio, the traditional Italian spring festival from Umbria. Taking place from May 9 to 15, 2025, this seasonal event features an à la carte menu available daily from 1 PM to 11 PM, featuring rustic dishes such as olive ascolana—deep-fried lamb-stuffed olives served with saffron aioli—and gnocco fritto, sun-dried tomato dough pockets accompanied by parmesan and tomato fondues.
The menu also includes handmade pasta like Strangozzi alla Norcina with Umbrian ricotta and black truffle, as well as Risotto con Fave with spring fava beans, zucchini, and Parmesan.
For mains, options include Pollo alla Cacciatora—a hunter-style braised chicken with olives and rosemary—and roast duck (Anatra in Porchetta) with fennel purée and cannellini beans.
