EEST, the Pan-Asian speciality restaurant at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi, has unveiled its all-new Korean menu. This refined culinary experience captures the essence of Korea’s vibrant food culture through a medley of traditional flavours, textures, and techniques.
Curated to showcase the soul of Korean cuisine, the refreshed menu offers an elegant balance of umami, spice, and comfort. From soulful stews and sizzling stir-fries to delicate rice bowls and nourishing bento boxes, each dish has been thoughtfully crafted to reflect the authenticity and harmony that define Korean gastronomy.
Guests can savour a selection of signature creations, including Bulgogi Jeongol (Marinated Tenderloin Hotpot), Tteokbokki (Rice cakes simmered in a sweet and spicy sauce), Bibimbap (Assorted rice bowl), Japchae (Stir-fried glass noodles), and Yangnyeom Chicken (Korean-style fried chicken), alongside comforting classics such as Kimchi Jjigae and Doenjang Jjigae. For a complete experience, the Korean Bento Boxes are available in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian versions, offering a beautifully balanced journey through traditional salads, starters, gimbap, and mains, presented with contemporary finesse.
