Begin your experience with signature dim sums such as Prawn Har Gow, Chicken & Chive Siu Mai, and Asparagus & Chestnut Dumpling with Cream Cheese. Follow these with light, flavourful broths like Wonton Soup with Green Onions and Vegetable Hot Pot with Vermicelli.
For the main course, indulge in a balanced array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian delights. Highlights include Braised Tofu with Shiitake and Broccoli in a Clay Pot, Cantonese-Style Chicken with Kaffir Lime, Spicy Hunan Lamb, Char Siu Chili Pork, and Steamed Fish with Ginger and Soy.
