Bira 91 Taproom Launches Winter Menu Across Nine Locations from November 24

Seasonal Menu Rollout at Bira 91 Taproom

Bira 91 Taproom introduced Winter Soirée, a limited-season menu that will be available across its nine outlets from November 24, 2025, to February 1, 2026. The programme includes a selection of cocktails and dishes designed for the winter months.

The drinks menu features six cocktails, including three coffee-led serves: Bean Spritzer, Golden Bean Martini, and Roasted Mule. Other options include Hot Toddy, Spiced Mulled Wine and Barrel & Spice. According to the brand, each drink has been prepared to align with flavours associated with colder weather.

The food menu includes ten dishes incorporating seasonal ingredients. Items such as Pumpkin Peanut Kebab and Veg Shikampuri Kebab form part of the lighter options, while Rajma Galawat and Spinach Cheese Croquettes are positioned as richer offerings. Heavier dishes include Herbed Chicken Koftas, Grilled Chicken on Pumpkin Mash and Spaghetti Lamb Bolognese, along with Masala Crisp Sole, Cottage Cheese Flatbread and Meat Lover’s Fantasy Flatbread.

Winter Soirée will be available at Bira 91 Taproom locations in DLF Avenue, Saket, Delhi; DLF Cyberhub, Gurgaon; Kamala Mills, Mumbai; T1 Arrivals, Mumbai; Paragon Waterfront, Ludhiana; and CP 67 Mall, Mohali.

The brand said the seasonal menu focuses on warm flavours and familiar preparations intended for slower winter occasions.
