Emirates Announces Third Daily Flight to Barcelona

Emirates has announced it will increase its operations to Barcelona with the launch of a third daily flight starting October 26, 2025.

This additional service responds to rising demand and will offer travellers improved connectivity to and from the vibrant coastal city. It will also enhance access to a number of key destinations across Emirates’ global network, including the Maldives, Bangkok, Bali, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Passengers can expect Emirates’ renowned onboard experience across all cabin classes, featuring regionally inspired cuisine, premium beverages, and over 6,500 channels of on-demand entertainment via ice, the airline’s award-winning inflight system.

Currently, Emirates operates 28 weekly flights to Spain, using a mix of Airbus A380 and Boeing 777 aircraft. This includes 14 weekly flights to Madrid and 14 to Barcelona, with seven of the Barcelona services continuing on to Mexico City.

The new flight will provide greater flexibility and convenience for leisure and business travellers alike, reaffirming Emirates’ commitment to the Spanish market. Flights can be booked through the Emirates website, mobile app, travel agents, or any Emirates retail outlet.
