IndiGo has taken a major leap in enhancing the travel experience by joining hands with Kotak Mahindra Bank to launch its first-ever co-branded credit cards. This partnership falls under the airline’s rapidly growing IndiGo BluChip loyalty programme, which has already attracted 3.5 million members within just a year of its launch.
As part of IndiGo’s broader strategy to evolve into a global travel brand, this new initiative is aimed at both frequent flyers and lifestyle-focused customers, making it easier to turn everyday spending into real travel rewards.
The co-branded credit card line-up includes two offerings:
- IndiGo Kotak Credit Card – Tailored for those seeking convenience along with occasional travel benefits, this card rewards users with up to 30,000 BluChips annually on spends of ₹6 lakhs across travel, dining, entertainment and more.
- IndiGo Kotak Premium Credit Card – Ideal for frequent flyers, this premium version offers up to 70,000 BluChips on annual spends over Rs 12 lakhs, along with exclusive perks such as lounge access and milestone rewards.
The BluChips earned can be redeemed on any IndiGo flight, with no blackout dates — making it a practical way to save on future trips. Additional benefits include accelerated rewards on flight bookings via IndiGo’s website and app, welcome bonuses, anniversary BluChips, and extra points on dining and entertainment.
The credit cards also come with airport lounge access, 6E Eats vouchers, and milestone bonuses that make travel more comfortable and cost-effective.
The cards can be applied for through a simple online process, making it convenient for customers to join and start earning immediately.
