Beginning February 20, 2026, Le Petit Chef will debut at Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, introducing a 3D immersive dining experience to the city. The event will take place at Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, combining storytelling, visual technology and cuisine in a unique dinner format.

Having been presented in more than 70 countries, including destinations such as Dubai, London, Paris, and Singapore, the experience now arrives in Bengaluru as part of its international tour.

The concept integrates 3D projection mapping technology with a curated dining menu. Advanced projection systems installed at Hilton Manyata animate a six-inch virtual chef directly onto each guest’s plate. Throughout the meal, the character guides diners through a themed culinary journey designed to complement the courses being served.

Between courses, diners are entertained as the miniature chef attempts to prepare gourmet masterpieces often with humorous mishaps, before the real-life culinary team steps in to present each perfectly crafted dish. As the food arrives, the animation subtly fades, allowing guests to indulge in a meticulously curated menu. The dishes will be presented in a style closely inspired by the animated plating shown in the video, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to reality.

Guests can indulge in a specially curated pre-selected menu featuring exquisite creations such as Hand-Crafted Ratatouille Cannelloni, Grilled Roman Artichoke with Burrata, Lemon Persillade Atlantic King Prawn, and a decadent Coconut and Jaggery Crème Brûlée.

Three thoughtfully curated menu variants, Elite, Grand, and Kids each offering equally delightful vegetarian and non-vegetarian selections, ensure that every palate is perfectly catered to. Whether it’s an intimate evening for couples, a memorable family outing, a joyful kids’ birthday party, a corporate engagement, or a special celebration, the experience promises something exceptional for every guest at the table.
