The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah of Saudi Arabia has announced the launch of the Nusuk Umrah service on August 20, 2025, introducing a streamlined digital platform (umrah.nusuk.sa) that allows international pilgrims to apply directly for Umrah visas and book essential services online without intermediaries.

Nusuk Umrah is the one‑stop platform overseen by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, offering Umrah visitors from serviced countries a variety of packages provided by authorised service providers, ensuring a seamless Umrah experience. Travellers can either opt for integrated packages or customise their pilgrimage by individually selecting services such as visas, accommodation, transport, and guided tours.

Supporting seven languages and integrated with government systems, the platform provides multiple payment options to deliver a smooth digital journey. The service complements existing booking channels through licensed travel agents while enhancing flexibility for pilgrims seeking a more personalised experience.

The launch reflects the Ministry’s broader strategy to align with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to welcome greater numbers of Muslim visitors and elevate the quality, convenience, and overall spiritual experience of both Hajj and Umrah.
