The Qube
Heritage dining at The Qube with Artists Mansion
The Leela Palace New Delhi will present a two-day culinary showcase in collaboration with Artists Mansion, Jaipur’s ancestral home of artist Shan Bhatnagar and Chef Devyani Bhatnagar, known for intimate evenings of storytelling, art and generational cuisine.
On December 5 and December 6, 2025, The Qube will offer heirloom dishes and traditions inspired by the Bhatnagar family's cultural legacy.
The Qube, recently reimagined as a world-cuisine atelier, reflects the hotel’s approach to evolving luxury. The space includes an LED digital art wall that reinterprets Delhi’s historic spirit through a modern lens.
Artists Mansion is located in central Jaipur and is known for dinners that combine Rajput, Kayastha and Lucknowi culinary influences with narratives from family history and heritage.
The curated menu is led by Chef Devyani Bhatnagar, who brings the flavours of Artists Mansion through heirloom recipes and traditional techniques rooted in Rajput, Kayastha and Lucknowi cuisine. The cooking reflects authenticity, precision and family heritage.
The experience is complemented by Bhatnagar, a Pichwai artist, curator and designer known for expressive depictions of Shrinathji and other motifs. His artistic perspective and storytelling add cultural context to the experience.
The five-course dinner begins with Bajra Raab, Achari Kathal, Achari Chicken and Bajra Bhel. Appetisers, pulao preparations and Ruh e Rose sorbet follow, leading into mains such as Jungle Alu, Kathal Curry, Zafrani Murgh, Jungle Maas, Khata, Sukhi Urad Dal, Kurkure Parwal and Mogri with traditional breads.
Desserts include Gajar ka Halva and Apple Rum Gateau with custard.
The Leela Palace New Delhi and Artists Mansion will offer a dining experience that presents art, culture and cuisine, with a focus on culinary and artistic legacy.
