The Nutcracker Opens Largest Outlet At Downtown Powai

Immersive All-Day Dining Experience

Brookfield Properties announced the launch of The Nutcracker’s newest and largest outlet at Downtown Powai. The launch marks an addition to Downtown Powai’s growing portfolio of marquee dining brands. 

Spanning over 100 seats, this is the brand’s largest outlet in the city, offering an expansive and immersive all-day dining experience. Designed to transition from breakfast and brunch to evening cocktails and dinners, the restaurant introduces an exclusive cocktail menu, a bar setting and a refreshed interpretation of the brand’s comfort food philosophy. 

The menu brings Downtown Powai all its classics that range from bagels, pancakes and waffles to salads, handmade pastas, rice bowls, sandwiches and desserts alongside a range of cocktails such as Tipsy Kernel, Short Stack and Afterparty Gola, crafted for the Downtown Powai community. Complementing the menu is a line-up of bar bites, from Hibachi Grill and Kaffir Chilli nuts to Pulled Jackfruit Tacos, BBQ Cauliflower, Mezze Plates and Indulgent Cheeseboards.

The design of Downtown Powai outlet blends earthy, natural textures with bold statement features such as oversized lamps, rope-suspended swings and a central metal light installation. The open-air, pet-friendly section, filled with greenery and natural light, lends itself to sunny breakfasts and relaxed moments, complemented by playful elements like comic books and a foosball table.
