The airline will connect Nagpur to Bengaluru with twice-daily services from December 1 and add new flights to Abu Dhabi from Delhi and Pune from December 2

This expansion connecting the cities with Bengaluru and Delhi increases Air India Express's presence in Rajasthan to over 105 weekly flights across the state

Direct flights to Jeddah will particularly meet demand for Umrah travel, while improved links to Riyadh and Kuwait will support VFR traffic and leisure travellers exploring Saudi Arabia’s growing tourism landscape

As Phu Quoc currently has no direct connectivity from India, the new service will reduce travel time from around eight hours via connecting routes to just five hours, making the island far more accessible for Indian holidaymakers

These additions will strengthen access between the capital and a mix of cultural, historical, and fast-growing regional centres. Bookings are now open via the airline’s website, mobile app, and major booking platforms

Starting October 26, 2025, Air India Express will operate daily flights between Indore and Goa, offering more convenience for travellers heading to the sunshine state.

By Winter 2026, Air India Group aims to expand further to 60 daily departures (120 ATMs) from NMI, linking passengers to key domestic and international destinations

The launch strengthens Air India Express’ presence in Thailand, with existing services linking Bangkok to Lucknow, Pune and Surat, and direct flights between Hyderabad and Phuket

The Airlines' membership also enables the airline to participate actively in the IATA Billing and Settlement Plans (BSP) around the world, extending the airline’s global reach through IATA-accredited travel agents
