Goa Tourism is set to participate in OTDYKH Leisure 2025, one of the world’s largest international travel and tourism exhibitions, to be held from September 10 to 12, 2025, at the Timiryazev Exhibition Centre, Moscow, Russia. The Goa Tourism Pavilion, located at B13, will bring to life the vibrant theme “Sunshine and More in Goa”, offering global visitors a glimpse into the rich and diverse tourism offerings of India’s sunshine state.
Speaking about the participation, Minister for Tourism Rohan A Khaunte said,“Goa has always been one of the most sought-after destinations for international travellers, and our presence at OTDYKH Leisure 2025 is another step towards strengthening Goa’s global footprint. Through the theme ‘Sunshine and More in Goa,’ we want to showcase the multifaceted experiences our state offers, from beaches to hinterlands, from wellness retreats to cultural richness. Our focus is on attracting quality tourism, building meaningful collaborations, and positioning Goa as a responsible, world-class destination.”
Adding to this, the Director of Tourism, Shri Kedar Naik, stated, “OTDYKH Leisure is a significant platform to connect with international travel trade stakeholders and potential visitors. At the Goa Pavilion, we will be highlighting not just the leisure aspect of Goa but also our forward-looking initiatives in areas like wellness, heritage, adventure, and community tourism. This participation provides an opportunity to emphasise Goa’s position as a destination that celebrates culture, sustainability, and authentic travel experiences.”
This year’s showcase will highlight Goa’s unique blend of experiences that stretch far beyond its famous beaches. Visitors to the pavilion will discover Goa’s pristine coastline, luxury hospitality, wellness and spiritual tourism, heritage trails, adventure experiences, hinterland discoveries, and community-based tourism initiatives. Collectively, these facets underline Goa’s transformation into a holistic, year-round destination for both leisure and business travel.
With growing global interest in regenerative and sustainable tourism, Goa Tourism will also emphasise its initiatives to preserve natural ecosystems, empower local communities, and promote responsible travel practices that benefit both people and the environment. The participation aims not only to attract tourists but also to open new avenues for global partnerships, collaborations, and investments in Goa’s tourism sector.
Goa Tourism warmly invites global partners, stakeholders, and visitors to explore the Goa Tourism Pavilion – B13 at OTDYKH Leisure 2025, and to experience first-hand the spirit of “Sunshine and More in Goa.”
