Enhancing Holistic Dining Experiences
JOALI BEING in the Maldives announced the appointment of Antonia Mitic as its new Director of Food & Beverage, strengthening the island’s leadership and culinary direction.
Antonia has 20 years of experience in luxury food and beverage operations. She has worked in the United Kingdom, UAE, Europe, Saudi Arabia, and on international cruise lines. Most recently, she was General Manager and F&B Strategist at Sindalah – NEOM, where she helped open and launch six high-end dining venues, including a yacht club.
She is known for creating premium dining concepts, managing complex multi-outlet operations, and building strong culinary collaborations. At JOALI BEING, she will manage the island’s restaurants, including signature concepts inspired by its well-living philosophy, as well as Mediterranean, Japanese and international cuisine.
Antonia will work closely with the Food & Beverage team to improve service standards, enhance the overall dining experience, and create meaningful culinary moments that reflect the island’s holistic approach to nourishment and wellbeing.
With her international background and strong leadership skills, Antonia is expected to lead JOALI BEING’s dining experiences into a new and exciting phase, strengthening its reputation as a global destination for transformative well-living.
