Karnataka Tourism is preparing for its participation in the upcoming India International Travel Mart (IITM) Chennai 2025, held at the Chennai Trade Centre. As one of South India's premier travel trade events, IITM Chennai provides an excellent platform for the state to connect with tour operators, travel agents, and media outlets, promoting its extensive tourism attractions to a regional audience.

This year, Karnataka Tourism will feature a lively and engaging pavilion under the theme “One State, Many Worlds.” Visitors will be able to explore the variety of experiences on offer—from ancient heritage sites and lush wildlife sanctuaries to spiritual circuits, adventure activities, and culinary journeys.

A key focus will be on promoting UNESCO World Heritage Sites such as the Group of Monuments at Hampi, Pattadakal, and the Sacred Ensembles of the Hoysalas, alongside popular wildlife destinations including Kabini, Bandipur, and Nagarhole Tiger Reserve. The display will also highlight hotspots like Coorg, Chikmagalur, Jog Falls, and the scenic coastline, appealing to both leisure seekers and adventure enthusiasts.

With strong interest from the South Indian travel market in destinations rich in culture, spirituality, and natural beauty, Karnataka’s participation at IITM Chennai 2025 offers a prime opportunity to position the state as a year-round destination. The event also promises valuable B2B opportunities with stakeholders from Tamil Nadu and neighbouring states.

Backed by an official delegation from the Department of Tourism, Government of Karnataka, and key private partners, Karnataka Tourism aims to build meaningful collaborations and promote the state's diverse offerings.

We look forward to welcoming travel trade professionals, media representatives, and visitors to our pavilion at IITM Chennai 2025 to discover why Karnataka remains one of India’s most vibrant and varied tourism destinations.
