The initiative will travel across New York, Kolkata, Mumbai, Jaipur and New Delhi, with each city presenting its own line-up of culinary talent. The Delhi edition is being curated under the leadership of Ashish Kapur, along with co-chair Sachin Pabreja and philanthropist Meenu Goyal. The organising team has played a role in establishing the Delhi chapter and expanding participation for the cause.
The event will bring together six chefs who will design a one-night-only multi-course dining experience.
The participating chefs include:
- Manish Mehrotra (Hall of Fame 2025, Culinary Culture)
- Varun Totlani (Chef of the Year 2025, Condé Nast Traveller)
- Chintan Pandya (Best Chef NY 2022, James Beard Award)

Rohit Choudhary, Executive Director at Share Our Strength India, said, “This evening is not just a dinner, it is a declaration of what becomes possible when the culinary world stands united for a cause. This thoughtfully crafted multi-course journey, celebrating India’s evolving food narrative while honouring the spirit of generosity, purpose, and community, beautifully exemplifies our efforts to empower the future generation.”
Speaking on the partnership, Anupam Dasgupta, Senior Vice President (North) and Head of Wellness at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, said, “At The Leela, we believe luxury is most meaningful when it creates impact beyond the table. Supporting Share Our Strength reflects our commitment to nurturing communities, celebrating India’s culinary excellence, and standing together for a future where no child goes hungry. We are honoured to champion a cause that transforms compassion into action.”
The event is scheduled from seven-thirty PM to ten-thirty PM and will bring together philanthropists, hospitality leaders and advocates of community-based support for children.
Share Our Strength has enabled the delivery of more than 3 billion meals globally. In India, the organisation has supported more than 2.5 crore meals in partnership with local organisations and co-financed a central kitchen delivering 20,000 meals per day in Central India.
A charity auction will feature artworks, culinary experiences and hospitality items. Proceeds will support the organisation’s child-nutrition initiatives in India.
Limited seats are available for the Delhi event. Passes can be purchased online.
The event is organised by Share Our Strength with participation from partners including MMCA, Dhamaka, Masque, Whisky Samba, Dzurt, MEGU, Ishatvam and the National Restaurant Association of India.
