Akasa Air has announced Kozhikode (Calicut) as its 30th overall and 24th domestic destination. From October 1, 2025, Akasa Air will operate daily direct services between Mumbai and Kozhikode, creating a vital new corridor linking India’s financial capital with the Malabar coast. The route expands the airline’s existing services to Kochi, strengthening its footprint in Kerala. Bookings are now open on Akasa Air’s websitewww.akasaair.com, the Android and iOS apps, and via multiple leading OTAs.

Kozhikode, the city of sculptures, is renowned for its cultural heritage, scenic attractions, and thriving trade. The expansion will cater to strong travel demand between coastal southern India and the nation’s major metropolitan centres, further stimulating tourism and commerce.
